The ManagersNet training model has worked for most people as it provides managers with an open space to discuss any of the issues they may be facing in the workplace, and seek support from the facilitators and other managers who may be experiencing the same issues. It’s always good for a manager to know that they are not alone and have a wide support network across the organisation. It’s also reassuring for our employees that our managers are seeking support to better help us too.
