Conference overview
Following the success of the first Palliative Care conference last year, the event focuses on innovative approaches and excellence in practice development across a variety of settings and areas of the country. Talks are designed to share knowledge and experiences using evidence that can be taken back and utilised. The structure of the day lends itself to interacting with all the speakers and providing the opportunity to network and exchange ideas and information with palliative care colleagues from all over the country.
