The 24-month programme not only provides participants with high-quality personal development, it also puts them at the heart of developing the future leaders of the NHS on our Graduate Management Training Scheme (GMTS).
It is the Academy’s ambition to identify and develop a faculty of ALS set facilitators that is drawn from across the whole landscape of health and care. The aim is to develop a team of facilitators from the NHS – to grow skills within as opposed to purchase them on a consultancy basis. The faculty of ALS facilitators will be drawn from those that can demonstrate not only group facilitation and non-didactic learning skills, but also bring useful perspectives from experience and day jobs.
Applications for the programme open on Tuesday 3 April and will close on Monday 28 May 2018.
To find out more about the programme, including eligibility, key dates and how to apply, please visit the NHS Leadership Academy website here.
N.B. Please email Tracy Gunn, Head of Education & Training, if you intend to or have applied to the programme so that a record can be kept and your services can be drawn on in the future to support future development programmes in a coordinated way.
