'Strategies for increasing personal impact: building confidence and self-belief' is a one-day module to support development of resilience, purpose and confidence. The target audience is talented individuals who are preparing to step up into a board or governing body (or equivalent) role within the next two years.
A limited number of free places have been reserved for candidates nominated by the NHS North West Leadership Academy (NHS NWLA) and we would be grateful if you could circulate this email within your networks, as per the eligibility noted above.
Please note that the timescale for recruitment is very tight, with a deadline of close of play 9th February 2017 for expressions of interest. Apologies for this tight turn-around.
The flyer has full details of the workshop and how to express interest in attending.
We aim to confirm places as soon as possible after 9th February.
If you have any further queries, please do get in touch at nwla.info@nhs.net.
Please note that this workshop was previously offered by the NHS NWLA under the name 'Stepping Up: Strategies for Increasing Personal Impact, Confidence and Self-belief'. Please do not complete an expression of interest if you have already attended or are planning to attend the workshop through the Aspirant Talent Programme, as it is the same content.
