EE’s Genomics Education Programme is today launching its latest educational resource: seven films for laboratory staff working on the 100,000 Genomes Project, outlining the current correct process for sample processing and DNA extraction.The films are designed to support laboratory technologists and histopathologists in preparing high quality samples in order to ensure good results from whole genome sequencing, and have been developed in line with the latest Genomics England protocol.
