Do you have knowledge of human factors approaches? Could you help train others within your organisation?
Then this opportunity might be for you!
This five-day programme is designed to help organisations spread knowledge and awareness of human factors, by training individuals to deliver their own introductory-level HF programmes across the organisation.
Attendees will gain an advanced understanding of HF methods and learn the principles, knowledge and approaches for delivery.
This is ideal for those with existing knowledge of human factors, and is open to small teams within an organisation, possibly made up of team leaders, quality / safety leads, nursing and system leaders.
