spotlight on... our Coaching service
The Trust has an internal pool of coaches who are waiting to support our staff.
Coaches can help in a range of ways including: transitioning into a new role; developing performance and skills; overcoming work related challenges and enhancing effective working relationships to name but a few. Utilising a coaching style in the conversations we have with each other and the way in which we work is one way we can support each other to be the best we can be both on an individual and organisation level. It helps create an environment where we can all contribute towards the ongoing growth and development of the Trust as a great place to work. To find out more click here |
